Section I: History of Tai Yong
As one of the largest manufacturers of mechanical augmentations and leading pursuers in biotechnologies, Tai Yong Medical have proudly served our global community in providing only the finest quality enhancements and prosthetics.
Founded in 1977 in Shanghai, our journey began as a small-time production company for prosthetic limbs for People’s Liberation Army servicemen. By the 1980’s our business had expanded with several more factory acquisitions as well as establishing contracts with the Vietnamese and Lao militaries.
By 2017, we accepted the generous offer by the Chinese government to contribute in the creation of Hengsha Island. Through the generous and unequivocal support of our CEO, Ms. Zhao Yun Ru we established our new global headquarters as well as our primary development laboratory. Our Shanghai complex is now the centre for all domestic affairs regarding the company, including production oversight.

Section II: Your role within TYM
As a global, diverse* brand, TYM incorporates the best of the best in their respective fields. Reading this, you could be one of our precise and diligent maintenance or our perceptive and innovative research team. It is important to understand the primary premise of your role within the company:
RESEARCH DIVISION – Researchers consist of some of the brightest biologists, chemists and physicists on the planet. As a Tai Yong researcher, you will be tasked with developing prototype augmentations as well as researching the condition and effectiveness of already existing mechanisations.
SALES DIVISION – With hundreds of international and thousands of domestic connections. Tai Yong prides itself with giving our sales representatives connections to some of the largest business chains there is and tasking them to sell them our products. The LIMB clinics as of recent have become the primary receiver of TYM goods and as a result it is of great importance to maintain healthy business ties.
MAINTENANCE DIVISION – Working in an extremely busy environment isn’t always a clean job. Our maintenance crews work tirelessly to ensure that the professionalism and eloquence of TYM’s operations are kept intact. As a maintenance worker you are expected to handle chores such as picking up litter to working on broken production machinery or ventilation systems.
*Please note that the results of the 2024 investigation into company diversity highlighted a less than satisfactory result for pursuing minority groups in administrative positions.
Section III: Corporate Structure
Without a successful management team, Tai Yong Medical would never have reached the influence that it has had to this day. Our executives work tirelessly and around the clock to ensure that TYM is running at maximum efficiency. The current Board of Directors consists of:

Section IV: Security and Clearances
Access to Tai Yong Medical data is strictly to be kept within the corporation. Access to certain classifications of information are restricted to Senior and Administrative posts. Additionally, maintenance crews are allowed no information on active projects, even if integral machinery breaks. In the event of this occurring, a separate document will be relayed to the crew omitting sensitive details in order to improve efficiency.
Information being relayed through electronic communications must be documented into one of the following categories, with the subsequent formalities taking place:
OPEN – A public file that can be opened by any Tai Yong employee. Files of these types are only to be encrypted and password-locked if requested by superiors. Basic information handling rules apply.
RESTRICTED – A file that contains some information sensitive that could prove beneficial to rival corporations or hostile groups. These files usually consist of project notes, results or business transactions. They must be encrypted and password-locked, yet the password should remain available to all members of the respective department.
CLASSIFIED – A file that contains a significant amount of damaging or sensitive materials that would prove detrimental to the company if fallen into the wrong hands. These types of files are encrypted heavily and are locked with passwords that change daily on behalf of the acting chief of security. These files should only be shared between company executives and department heads. Anyone discovered to have distributed a classified file is subject to punishment out with the laws of the state.
